School Application

If your school would like to participate in our DISMUN VIII, we would like to invite you to fill out the following form.

Chair Application

 

DISMUN welcomes chairs from outside DIS to chair in our conference. Please fill out the following form if you wish to apply to chair for DISMUN VIII.

Individual Application

 

Delegates from schools that do not intend to participate in DISMUN can individually apply from the following form. Please follow the wiring instructions on the form beforehand. Receipt and last 6 digits of account can be either sent in the form or emailed to the DISMUN email at dismun@dishs.tp.edu.tw.
