Educating the future
The Dominican International School Model United Nations (DISMUN) is a group of students that believes that concepts of diplomacy and public relations should be a part of our education system. We hope that we can use our skills to cultivate the new generations in having enthusiasm to participate in global politics.
Our History
The Dominican International School Model United Nations (DISMUN) is an organization that was founded in 2014 under the Model United Nations Club (MUN) in Dominican International School Taipei (DIS). Over the course of several years, our student leaders were able to educate and train students of Middle and High School to have the ability to simulate United Nations procedures. After successfully hosting a schoolwide conference in 2017, a DISMUN Workshop in 2018, a Best delegate team in 2020, and five annual MUN conferences from 2020-2024, we are excited to bring you our seventh conference, DISMUN VII.
